Terms & Conditions

Please read before booking.

Consultation

Consultations are required for all new clients (except massage clients, where consultation is included on the day of treatment), with no obligation for either party. Some treatments can go ahead on the same day as the consultation, if both parties are happy to proceed and time/stock allows.

To ensure your safety, you will be asked to complete a medical history form. It is in your best interests to give accurate details so the best treatment plan can be made for you. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, you will be told why and alternatives may be recommended.

Treatments will not be carried out for anyone under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Deposit & cancellation

For consultations, full payment is required at the time of booking. The consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment, but will not be refunded if you decide not to book a treatment. It will be refunded if the consultation is cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.

When booking a stand-alone treatment (existing clients), a 20% deposit is taken at the time of booking, which is redeemable against your treatment. Nina's Refinements operates a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy: deposits are refunded with at least 48 hours' notice, and forfeited if this isn't met or you don't attend. If you're unwell, please let us know as soon as possible. If unsure, call, message or email to discuss.

There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; any later is classed as a no-show and the deposit will be lost. Please try to attend alone; no children or pets.

Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment, and it is the client's responsibility to follow them for optimal results. Results vary for each individual, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not offered if you are not satisfied with your results.

Payment

Payment is taken in full on the day of treatment. Accepted methods: cash or bank transfer.
